1. Overview

We take security seriously. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it responsibly so we can investigate and address it.

2. How to Report

  • Send details via info@lendnavigator.com (or a dedicated security email if you set one later).
  • Include the affected URL, steps to reproduce, and potential impact.
  • If possible, include screenshots/logs and your environment details.

3. Guidelines

  • Do not access, download, or modify data that is not your own.
  • Do not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks.
  • Do not run destructive tests (e.g., DoS) that disrupt service.
  • Give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before public disclosure.

4. Safe Harbor

If you follow these guidelines and act in good faith, we will not pursue action against you for responsible disclosure. This does not apply to actions that are malicious, disruptive, or involve unauthorized data access.
