  • What you believe is incorrect (specific field/statement).
  • Supporting evidence (provider disclosure link, screenshot, or document reference).
  • Optional: your device/browser if it’s a display/UX issue.

3. How We Handle Requests

  • We log the request and review the evidence.
  • We compare against primary sources (provider disclosures where applicable).
  • If confirmed, we update content and/or datasets and may add clarification notes.

4. Timelines

We aim to review correction requests promptly. Some updates may require verification steps and may take longer depending on complexity and provider availability.
